The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the next day.
After check-in, the guest is obliged to check the apartment within a maximum of two hours from check-in for the equipment necessary for his stay (in case of shortages, we will provide the necessary items, i.e. towels, bedding).
If the apartment is not properly prepared, please report this fact no later than two hours after check-in - in the event of later reporting, complaints will not be accepted.
Please keep quiet at night from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments (including in the corridor and on the balcony).
Please contact us only by phone or e-mail (we do not respond to text messages).
In case of late arrival, it is possible to collect the keys remotely. The appropriate procedure will be sent by e-mail and text message at the Guest's request.
