The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the next day.
After check-in, the guest is obliged to check the apartment within a maximum of two hours from check-in for the equipment necessary for his stay (in case of shortages, we will provide the necessary items, i.e. towels, bedding).
If the apartment is not properly prepared, please report this fact no later than two hours after check-in - in the event of later reporting, complaints will not be accepted.
Please keep quiet at night from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments (including in the corridor and on the balcony).
Please contact us only by phone or e-mail (we do not respond to text messages).
In case of late arrival, it is possible to collect the keys remotely. The appropriate procedure will be sent by e-mail and text message at the Guest's request.

MAESTRIA POLANICA is a complex of three apartments located in one of the buildings in a new, gated housing estate in a quiet and peaceful part of Polanica-Zdrój. MAESTRIA POLANICA apartments are located on the second floor in a building with an elevator, and unguarded parking is available for guests within the estate.
MAESTRIA POLANICA is located close to all the city's attractions and is a great base for visiting the entire region. It is also worth remembering that the Polanica-Zdrój area is one of the most beautiful places in Poland. Local nature and a multitude of tourist attractions ensure that each guest will find something for themselves. Time spent in this region will be made more pleasant by, among others, delicacies of local cuisine, historical places, numerous mountain trails, bicycle paths (easy and more demanding), ski resorts for winter sports enthusiasts, and swimming pools, spa and biological regeneration for thermophiles. Polanica-Zdrój is also an ideal base for trips to the surrounding places of the National Park, which are worth visiting.
MAESTRIA BLUE MC APARTMENT is a three-person, comfortably equipped studio apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment is located on the second level of the facility and is accessed by stairs in a separate corridor.
In the living room you will find a TV with WI-FI access, an internet radio, air conditioning, a table with chairs, a double bed and a fold-out sofa.
The apartment's kitchen is fully equipped with pots, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, an electric kettle, a fridge, a microwave and a hob.
The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hairdryer.
In the hall there is a wardrobe and a mirror.
In the common part of the corridor there is a cordless vacuum cleaner, ski racks and on the upper level there is an ironing board with an iron.
A WI-FI network is available to guests throughout the entire facility, and each apartment has a portable WIFI router, a phone charger and a guide to nearby attractions with QR codes to facilitate navigation to a given place. Additionally, it is possible to use a 21-inch monitor with HDMI output.
The apartment's guests have access to instructions on how to use the apartment and the devices it contains. The manual is in Polish. The instructions can be translated using the Google Translator application in the camera function.
SMOKING IS TOTALLY PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENTS AND COMMON PARTS OF THE FACILITY.
BONUSES:
For those of you whose stay in the apartment will be five days (or more) of an uninterrupted stay, two single, free, all-day tickets to the largest indoor swimming pool in Polanica-Zdrój, which is located in the Hotel Polanica Resort & SPA, are provided. In addition to the swimming pool, the entry fee also includes the fitness zone and saunas (Promotions tab).
Additionally, for a five-days stay in the apartment, there will be a mini surprise souvenir.
The longer the stay in the apartment, the lower the average daily price.
